Brand Manager-Marketing & Communication
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Track and measure return of Brand Marketing strategy and plan.
  • Provide selling concept and proposition to sales team, prepare presentation standard template presentation material/proposal, direct & supervise the development of sales kit collaterals
  • Develop, organize, and lead virtual team consisting of all stake-holders to participate and engage to execute Brand Marketing plan
  • Work and guide vendors/supplier to achieve Brand Marketing goals
  • Network, socialize, and create cooperation with external parties for the Brand advantage
  • Produce Brand Marketing report in timely manner

Creative Group Head – Marketing & Communication

Responsibilities:

  • To write, translate, and edit the required materials to be used for corporate publications. This includes perform necessary interviews and required research
  • To assist Creative Manager on required publishing projects
  • To perform related administrative works that deal with the admin and payments of the each vendors
  • On Ad hoc basis, the writer provides writing, translation, and editing services for other Departments within reasonable time frame – only after Publication’s manager’s approval
  • To ensure the relationships with relevant internal and external parties are well developed, maintained, and improved
  • To pitch in new ideas for all projects related to the Publications Officer’ scope in order to create a more efficient team in Marketing Communication

Culture Development Unit Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To develop a concept and strategy for a robust organizational culture for PSF that reflects the vision, mission and values of the foundation and the founder’s.
  • To develop a concept and strategy for a robust culture for each of the PSF programs in both educational and non-educational sectors..
  • To develop a strong values system, structure, symbols, rituals, programs and activities that will support the effective implementation of the culture.
  • To develop and carry out an effective strategy for the implementation of the organizational culture and program culture.
  • To develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system that will enhance and improve the concept or the implementation strategy.
  • To continuously follow the development of the organization and its programs and to ensure these developments will be accommodated in the culture / value system, and the culture/value system can support the development and the growth of PSF and its programs.
  • To develop a system for value guardians to ensure the sustainability of the culture

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Psychology (specialization on Organizational Psychology) or Business Administration / Management (specialization in HR Management) , from top university in Indonesia or overseas.
  • At least 4 years experience in Human Resources Development or Organizational Development at supervisory level

Digital Media Staff – Marketing & Communication

Responsibilities:

  • To understand design trends in the relevant areas in order to assist in creating designs and concepts in line with the vision and mission.
  • To create, craft and develop concepts, designs, value propositions and benefits in order to produce and deliver the relevant material, tools, collaterals, merchandise etc. and to achieve the goals and objectives of the stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops proposed annual work plan/strategy and budget for the event (corporate and program) activities to the Head of Marketing & Communication, to ensure the activities are in line with the Communication Department Goals and can be supported with sufficient resources
  • Ensures reports regarding the implementation of the approved work plan and budget usage are available as required
  • Ensures the event preparation steps such as event budget setting, location survey, merchandising, invitation distributing, etc are well performed

Human Resources Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Compile draft of Annual HR Plan (Services & Development) and submit to HR Manager.
  • Assist HR Services Officer in preparing recruitment process: open and select incoming application letter, update file and database of prospect candidates, contact candidates as per HRS Officer Instruction, and provide interview schedule, prepare rejection letter for unsuccessful candidates.
  • Assist HRS Officer in providing necessary items for new hire employees, in coordination with GA and IT Department, such as: Work Space, ID Cards, ID Numbers, Access Cards, Computer, Office Supplies, Uniform, etc.
  • Maintain proper punctuality and absenteeism record and provide monthly accurate report. Distribute monthly individual report to employees who is entitled for overtime.
  • Register, update and process reimbursement of employee’s health insurance. Maintain copy of employee’s membership card, and to ensure that employee received one each.
  • Maintain and update data of employee’s annual leave, compensation leave. Filed properly and provide individual report to be matched with Solomon system.
  • Prepare for Orientation Program for New Hires and other internal / in-house development programs.
  • Assist HRS Officer in maintaining all personnel database and update HR Information System.
  • Take Minutes of HR regular Meeting and compile monthly HR Reports and other periodic as well as required ad-hoc reports and submit to HR Manager.
  • Support and assist HR team, especially HR Services to maintain daily activities relates to documentation, administration, and general secretarial work for HR Department.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a reputable Secretarial College or Business Administration (D3 / S1).
  • Having experience in handling HR matters would be an advantage.

Operation Audit Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To assess potential operational business risks for different business units, assign team members base on the required skills and capabilities to ensure the effectiveness of the audit assignments
  • Develops operational audit project work plan, audit programs and special audit programs in order to provide guidelines for team members achieving project objectives.
  • Communicates operational audit projects to auditee’s in order to obtain support from auditee
  • Leads the implementation of operational audit project according to the approved operational audit project work plan and audit programs, monitors, makes changes when necessary and reports progress to Head of Internal Audit in order to ensure the achievement of project objectives and to ensure that the proper actions can be taken correctly based on the audit findings
  • Leads in-depth investigation and collect supporting evidence in order to ensure whether the irregularities or fraud has been occurred
  • Develops operational audit finding summary, communicates, discusses and provide evidences of those findings to the Head of respective unit in order to determine necessary actions

School Officer -Sampoerna Academy
(Malang, Bali & Bogor)
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Evaluating all areas in School Management, School Academic and Student Services implementation in the school will be run smoothly
  • Analyzing all the areas in School and Dormitory Operation, Facilities and maintenance, and working together with Head of Operation and facilities maintenance to make the implementation run smoothly
  • To develop, maintain, grow and managing communication with local school in term of sister school, with feeder School, university for student to continue their studies, with parent and community.
  • To provide proper regular reports, work plan and performance measurement (KPI) to direct supervisor
  • To assist the direct supervisor and work with other departments / units, if required, in improving the program’s concept and implementation strategy; to do various researches, monitoring and evaluations.
  • To ensure proper administrative tasks for all activities and resources (e.g. external consultants) such as mailing, TAF, etc, according to SOP, guidelines, standards and policies

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the assigned customer portfolio (i.e. historical spend, current activity, client fiscal year, propensity modeling, key challenges/obstacles and learning about client’s business through research and client meetings. ) on day to day basis
  • Effective use of the process to uncover true customer views on SF services, leading to increased retention and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal PSF’s Program Delivery team and clients to align sales with related internal functions (Program and Support) and ensure coordinated efforts between service offering, pricing, legal requirement, and resource requirement (budget, people, time, etc.) to ensure flow of all processes are smooth and communications to customer are synchronized.
  • Assist the management of existing portfolio and continue to grow revenue by proposing new programs.

Program Staff – Donor Relation -Scholarships

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Program Officer in recruiting new scholars for Donor Scholarship program and in allocating existing (regular program) scholars to individual / corporate donors according to the set Service Level Agreement (SLA), policies, guidelines and SOP.
  • Maintains and updates the scholars’ database for donor scholarship programs, and maintains all relevant documentations in an organized manner.
  • Administers and monitors the scholarship disbursement.
  • Monitors the scholars’ GPA, provides the updates in report for donors / Partner Relations department, and notifies the Program Officer on non-performing scholars.
  • Assists in planning and executing of various activities related to Donor Scholarship Program, such as scholarship handover ceremony.
  • Compiles regular updates / reports of donor scholarship programs to Partner Relations department in organized and timely manner.
  • Forwards donor’s letters to their scholars and requests that the scholars reply promptly, as well as ensuring that “Thank You notes” from scholars are received in timely manner.
  • Liaises with Marketing & Communication department to provide promotional material specifically designed for the purpose of recruitment based on donors’ recruitment criteria.
  • Monitors the deliverables and quality of work results of the temporary workers assigned to assist the donor scholarship program’s administrative tasks.

Program Officer-Scholars Development-Scholarships

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Scholars Development Manager in preparing the annual plan and strategy for the implementation of various scholars development programs. This may include review, improvement or development of program charter (purpose, general description, target, etc.), guidelines, policy, SOP, reporting standard, etc.
  • To prepare annual budget for the implementation of scholars development programs.
  • To monitor the performance of scholars, academic and non-academic, as stipulated in their scholarship agreement or otherwise, and to provide timely reports about scholars’ performance as inputs to develop required actions.
  • To develop, maintain and improve scholar’s internship program, through coordination with internship providing companies.

Program Officer Academic- Sampoerna Academy

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research for SA school in order to prepare and establish A Level, Advance Placement, or IB curriculum in all Sampoerna Academy School
  • Preparing SA school as IB School
  • To analyze and manage all program areas related to the IB curricula, and working together with PO academic – IGCSE, the school’s Head of Academic to ensure the programs will run smoothly and achieve the intended target.
  • To develop, implement, assess and update the SA A Level, Advance Placement, or IB academic model to ensure it has a balance of life skills, values, national and international curriculum and to assist and monitor its implementation at SA schools
  • To prepare teachers and students for IB curriculum examinations, managing the examination’s schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, maintaining and contributing zakat fund based on the SYARIAH LAW and National Regulation.
  • Socializing and promoting BAIT AL KAMIL to the internal zakat payers (Sampoerna group) and public.
  • Securing all legal base and regulations’ compliance in all Bait Al Kamil’s activities
  • Liaise with other organizations in zakat industry; government and private.
  • Performs other work-related duties and ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge about Islamic Syariah Law, especially in Zakat Fiqih (Zakat Law)
